2023 Holiday Shipping Deadlines
With the holiday rush, we will do our best to ship out orders as quickly as possible.

Wrong Address (Return to Sender)
If your order is returned by the shipping company because they could not deliver to the address you provided, we will issue a refund when we receive the return. Any shipping charges (to and from) and applicable taxes & fees (that we have to pay to receive the return) will be deducted from your refund.
Refusing Delivery (Return to Sender)
If your order is returned by the shipping company because you refused delivery, we will issue a refund when we receive the return. Any shipping charges (to and from) and applicable taxes & fees (that we have to pay to receive the return) will be deducted from your refund.
Tracking Your Order
You should have gotten an order confirmation email when you placed your order. That email has a link to your personal Order Status page which has updated tracking information. Here is an example of the information you'd see on the Order Status page:
Customs & Import Charges
All packages shipped outside the United States and its territories will be "Delivered Duty Paid." Duties and taxes, if any, will be calculated at checkout and shown as part of your shipping and handling charge.
