Returns & exchanges:
We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 30 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $2.98, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost.

I was so excited to see this (my colors!) that I ordered immediately. Shipping was quick, but it's just another acrylic scarf. The colors are not as clear and bright as pictured, the yellow is a bit muddier. Jury is still out on whether I will keep it or not.
Other items look interesting, but they need to get the sizing right. OS does not fit all
