Rewards FAQ
Simply sign in to your MERSEA account and click the reward tab.
Points expire after 12 months. You will receive an email notification prior to expiration.
You can either redeem your rewards at checkout, or sign in to your MERSEA account and scroll to Rewards to redeem points for a gift card.
Unfortunately, we do not accept transfers at this time. However, once you have redeemed your points and received a designated promo code, this can be shared with friends and family.
The promo code is for one-time use only.
You can only use one promo code per order. Your codes won't expire so you can use the other codes on your next purchase.
For every 500 MERSEA points you can redeem a $5 reward.
