For all US customers, we offer Expedited Shipping (2 business days) and Standard Shipping (2 - 5 business days). For international customers, we offer Standard Shipping (3 - 5 business days).

Returns & exchanges:

We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 21 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $3.98, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost. Once your return is initiated, you will have 7 days to drop off your package at the designated location (indicated on the return label).

    Negative change in Catalina sweTers

    I was a huge fan of my 5 or 6 Catalina sweaters. I loved vibrancy of colors & fit. Unfortunately, the new fabric choice is heavy & it does not breathe.terrible feel! . It is hard to believe it contains any cotton. The fit is baggier, and details are gone. The worst part is the colors are dark & muddy. I kept the sweater before last though I can’t make myself wear it. This latest one is sadly going back. If you still sell the original, let me know. Very sorry you have changed. I loved your store before.

    I’m so glad that I ordered the Catalina with ruffles. The ruffles are a very subtle, feminine touch to the classic Catalina. I ordered the light blue and it is really pretty.
