Elegant but...

These knit pants are so well made and very comfortable. However, they are heavier than I thought they would be which is fine for cooler weather, but most importantly they need pockets!! I would travel with them but with no pockets to put anything in, they stay at home.

Incredible quality!

I am a travel host in Italy 6 months out of the year, so the pieces I choose must travel well, look professional AND be comfortable! I typically buy most of my clothes in Italy because of their high standards in quality, fabric and design. MERSEA is my new "go-to" in the US! Way to go ladies! Every piece I have ordered is SPOT ON!

These pants are nice enough to pair with my cashmere wrap...and lucky enough...the same color! They are too long for me, but I am taking to a tailor now for hemming. Do wish they were offered in a petite!

Too long and having trouble with your return process

The pants were too long and heavy. Returning them has been impossible as your website takes me into a loop with no out to get to a return process.

I wrote to your customer service email address two days ago 2/17/2025 and have had no reply

I am not a satisfied customer and will not order again from Mersey if I cannot complete my return.
