How do I check my points?
Simply sign in to your MERSEA account and click the reward tab.
Will my points expire?
As long as you earn points every year, your points will not expire. Otherwise they will expire in 12 months.
How do I redeem my points?
Sign in to your MERSEA account and click on Rewards at the top right of your screen, then select Redeem Points.
Can I transfer my MERSEA points to another account?
Unfortunately, we do not accept transfers at this time. However, once you have redeemed your points and received a designated promo code, this can be shared with friends and family.
How many times can I use a promo code?
The promo code is for one-time use only.
Can I use another discount code with the MERSEA Rewards promo code?
You can only use one promo code per order. Your codes won't expire so you can use the other codes on your next purchase.
How much are my MERSEA points worth?
For every 100 MERSEA points you can redeem a $1 reward.
