Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost. Once your return is initiated, you will have 7 days to drop off your package at the designated location (indicated on the return label).

Love the soap, do not love the new container!
The original glass bottles were beautiful on their own. Fortunately I saved mine as I often refilled with the bulk refill. The new bottles are unattractive so I continue to fill the glass bottles from the new chunky plastic containers. I'm hoping you 'll go back to the glass bottles and sell bulk refill again.
