For all US customers, we offer Expedited Shipping (2 business days) and Standard Shipping (2 - 5 business days). For international customers, we offer Standard Shipping (3 - 5 business days).

Returns & exchanges:

We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 21 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $3.98, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost. Once your return is initiated, you will have 7 days to drop off your package at the designated location (indicated on the return label).

    Just beautiful and a delight to wear

    This color green is so flattering and the cashmere is just a delight to wear. I don’t think it will pill as much as some brands by the look and feel of its first wearing today; it has a wonderful drape. I feel it looks tailored and neat and lovely with jeans and gold jewelry… I also love the tan-colored one, I want to live in these. I do wish the slits were just 1.5” less high… but still think I will want to wear this every day!

    Beautiful, but not the Catalina

    I have more than a dozen Mersea clothing items and have been a customer from the start. The Catalina sweaters are my go-to clothing items, dressed up or down. Many years ago, I sent a request to offer it in cashmere. You did, and I finally decided to purchase it. It is GORGEOUS, but it’s not the Catalina. It is at least four inches shorter than the Catalina. The length, the swing, the cut are different. I’m a little heartbroken. If it’s the cost of cashmere, please just increase the price and I’ll buy it in every color. But please don’t call it the Catalina, (The v-neck Catalina is also cut very differently and also is shorter; that’s why I only have one.).

    Super clingy

    I have the regular Catalina sweater, love the cut and the motion. Thought I’d love this but it was so clingy that it lost the lovely Catalina shape and sway. I returned it.
