Returns & exchanges:

We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 21 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $3.98, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost. Once your return is initiated, you will have 7 days to drop off your package at the designated location (indicated on the return label).

    frenchie hoodie

    this top was SO oversized that I drowned in it. I ended up trying to cut the sleeves to make them shorter... but I still looked ridiculous. I suggest putting in your description that this is two sizes bigger than you indicate. Believe it or otherwise, I threw it out as it upset me seeing it and reminding me I should have known better.

    Nice top but…

    I ordered this to go with the frenchie joggers but the navy colors did not match. Two different blues. Plus reviews said it was oversized and I sized down, mistake.
