Returns & exchanges:

We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 21 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $3.98, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost. Once your return is initiated, you will have 7 days to drop off your package at the designated location (indicated on the return label).

    These sweaters are great. Cozy, warm but not too heavy. I bought 3 of the Beachside sweaters. I find that the Medium size varies, runs somewhat oversized. Probably should have bought a Small. I’m a size 8. Mersea has wonderful sweaters.

    Wonderful Sweater

    Fashionable Sweater, bought the green/pink then the sand color in medium. 4 stars only due to the variance in the size. The sand was quite larger than the green. Otherwise very stylish & comfy.
