Returns & exchanges:
We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 21 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $3.28, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost. Once your return is initiated, you will have 7 days to drop off your package at the designated location (indicated on the return label).

This scarf is a generous size. The material is very flimsy, but soft. It is just as see-through as the pictures show, so you know its not very substantial. To get a better quality material would mean a heavier weight, so you can't have everything I guess. It comes in a package and definitely needs to be ironed before using. I hope this one travels well with me this fall.
