Returns & exchanges:
We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 21 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $3.28, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost. Once your return is initiated, you will have 7 days to drop off your package at the designated location (indicated on the return label).

I’m sure it’s a wonderful wrap, but I did not receive it in time for my trip. I will be returning it and hopefully get the color I originally wanted. It was out of stock when I ordered it.

I have 9 of these wraps, and really did not need another, but when I saw the utterly gorgeous soft aqua shade I was hooked. It’ s been my favorite color since I was a child and now at 86 it has been a long relationship. The wraps are fabulous and living in Charleston,SC hardly a day goes by that one of them doesn’t make an appearance, to rave reviews I might add! Thanks so much.

I love wraps, and this is not my first from Mersea. Ruanas are especially useful because they stay on one's shoulders more securely than a shawl does. This one is thick, very soft and warm (a little bit thicker than I was anticipating, actually). Yet it was the machine wash and dry feature that I wanted for travel. It is a large/ long ruana, yet still works on my petite frame. The Sea Salt color universally goes with everything. I usually prefer natural fibers, yet I didn't want to have to deal with air-drying a large-ish wrap for some upcoming travel. I think it will be quite useful for changeable weather.

I have four of these travel wraps and always include them when I go on a trip! They are stylish and work great on a plane to keep you warm. You can wad them up and the wrinkles fall out. I wash them in cold water woolite, throw in the dryer on low heat and it’s ready to go again on my next adventure!
