We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 30 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $2.98, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost.

finally - a pair of jeans that actually fit and feel great!

Over the years I've spent unnecessary $$ on jeans that just don't feel good... too tight in the waist, too short. too long. But I also know that Mersea has a great return/exchange policy so I knew I could order without regret. And I don't regret a thing when it comes to Bessie jeans. The stretch denim is perfect making the fit feel great. I'm loving these jeans!!!

Needs an Adjustment

I like the fabric, length, and overall fit. I just expected the waistband to be stretchier. It was advertised as such. I got a 29 expecting it to expand. Not enough give. I have 29s in other brands that stretch more. Maybe for the future, fix the design??
