Returns & exchanges:

We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 21 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $3.28, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost. Once your return is initiated, you will have 7 days to drop off your package at the designated location (indicated on the return label).

    As my first review, let me just say~~I have never been more excited about a line of clothing as when I ordered my first MERSEA item and realized that I had found my “DREAM LINE” of clothing…made just for my ‘aging’ body‼️🤡. EVERYTHING I have purchased has been a ‘dream come true’❗️I just received my BRONTË shirt but am imagining my wearing it so many ways and such gorgeous detailing in the design. It appears to be a classic to last for years❗️
