We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 30 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $2.98, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost.

The original glass bottles were beautiful on their own. Fortunately I saved mine as I often refilled with the bulk refill. The new bottles are unattractive so I continue to fill the glass bottles from the new chunky plastic containers. I'm hoping you 'll go back to the glass bottles and sell bulk refill again.

First soap product purchased from Mersea. I am not disappointed. Use this in our most frequently inhabited bathroom and the pump works exceptionally well. We have some soap sensitive people in the household and no irritation or dryness so far. Smells great of course!!!!
Please bring back the glass bottles, or start making refill pouches!
