We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 30 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $2.98, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost.

I was excited to have snagged this (Saltaire) diffuser on sale, but unfortunately, the fragrance just didn’t work for me. I think the jasmine and citrus notes were too overpowering, whereas I tend to prefer warm and spicy scents. Returned it, but I’ll probably try one of the other Mersea fragrances at some point.
I got this for our bedroom and it is perfect. Just the right amount of delightful scent. I highly recommend and will definitely repurchase.
I love the candles and decided to order the diffuser for the main bathroom. It is April and this scent is still strong and lovely in our bathroom and spilling out into the main hallway. Visitors ask what the scent is when spending time in our home and I’m reminded then about just how awesome this product is, because I’ve become accustomed to having this scent throughout my home! This product is definitely superior to other reed diffusers I’ve purchased. The Mersea candles, diffusers and hand soaps are a staple in our home, after being introduced to them during a visit to Carmel. ♥️ Customer service is 1st rate, too.
