Returns & exchanges:

We're happy to accept returns and exchanges on unworn items in their original condition (unwashed, tags attached) for 21 days from date of receipt. Returns coverage may be purchased for $3.98, which provides free unlimited returns and exchanges. If you waive this coverage, you may purchase a return label for $7.99 on items being refunded. Exchanges and returns for store credit are offered at no cost. Once your return is initiated, you will have 7 days to drop off your package at the designated location (indicated on the return label).

    Please bring back the Satin Sailor Pillowcase with ties

    Last year, I bought the Satin Sailor pillowcase for myself and my teenage daughter. We both love it. I travel for work -- often internationally -- and I always brought it with me. (I once had an allergic reaction to the hotel's detergent -- this pillow case has saved me from a number of issues.) The pillow case ties were fantastic because this meant that the pillow case fit basically every pillow I encountered. Plus, it was easy to put on and take off. The bright colors ensure that I never leave one behind on the hotel bed.

    I bought two more this year -- and one for a friend -- and I was very disappointed to see that the pillow cases are smaller and have zippers. They are still bright and silky -- the most important things -- but the pillow cases are not nearly as versatile as they were. They no longer fit the longer pillows that many hotels use.

    Please consider bringing the pillow case ties back with your future editions of this otherwise fabulous pillow case.

    Very beautiful pillow cases

    I purchased 2 pillowcases in silver. They are more beautiful in person. They are large so they will accommodate a larger pillow. The ribbons on the sides are well done as well as the contrasting fabric. Great price point. The fabric is silky smooth.

    Best silk pillowcase!

    I have a few silky pillowcases, and this, like everything I've ever purchased from Mersea, is the best quality. I know I'll have it forever. I would love to have one in a king size:)
